Habit Breaking

And Making

 

Much of what we think, feel and do is based on habit. 

It’s automatic.  We don’t have to make a choice, we just do it,

or think it, or feel it.

 

This is great if “IT” is what we want for ourselves.  If not, we need to Break the Bad Habit and Make the Good Habit. 

 

This, like many things, is

“Easier Said Than Done.”
